Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Director of Communications works in partnership with the Head of School, Advancement and Admissions teams, members of the leadership team, Manager of Advancement Services & Constituent Relations, and other colleagues to advance the mission, program, and goals of the school. The person in this position is responsible for the school’s strategic communications plan. They also create and oversee multimedia content that delivers timely and relevant information across all channels (web, social media, digital signage, email, and print) to appropriate community members and ensure that all communication and in-person presentations reflect consistent and mission-aligned themes and messages. The director applies a racial equity and anti-racism lens to daily practices and all communication and marketing materials.
